This is my favourite part of the morning, sitting in my garden with my second (ok, third) coffee of the day. Maya and Gil are both napping and I’ve decided to use this time for some fresh air and fresh thinking. The birds are twittering, I’m soaking up that first morning sun and it feels cozy writing to you now. Over here life is back to “normal” – Gil is fully recovered and we are all well and healthy. Now that I have more help and support (taking care of Maya + home chores) and that we’re all getting used to this new reality, I am allowing myself to have more space for stillness, for being present, for going inward.
