“Each morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters the most”

~ Buddha

How you start your morning sets the tone for the rest of your day.

Think about those days you didn’t wake up to your alarm, you rushed leaving home and skipped breakfast, how does a day like that look like?

Starting your morning tuning in and taking deep care of yourself is like an insurance policy for your day.

The busier your day is the more important it is to take the time in...

I don’t know about you but I’m ready to say goodbye to winter! Every season has its beauty but I’m definitely welcoming spring. Even though the temperatures are still low, the days are getting longer, birds are chirping and flowers are blooming. Spring time is a period of renewal, fresh starts and new beginnings. It prompts us to want to refresh our surroundings and clean up.

One ritual we often think of is spring cleaning. Spring cleaning is truly about ref...

“I don’t have enough willpower”, “I can’t find the motivation”, “Sometimes I feel I’m just too lazy”, I don’t have the discipline”. These are few examples of what some of my clients might say when we’ve just started working together.

They very quickly discover that they themselves have been standing in their way the whole time.

When approaching change and transformation from a place of PUSHING or DEPRIVING you’re most probably going to face all the block...

"You create your thoughts, your thoughts create your intentions & your intentions create your reality" Wayne Dyer.

Athletes often use visuals to train their focus, stay on target, build their confidence and gain a heightened sense of wellbeing. There are many stories of athletes who have used these techniques to cultivate mental strength and resilience, which have been shown to improve their success.

Gut health, human microbiome, intestinal flora, probiotics and healthy bacteria are all terms we hear a lot lately, and for a good reason! Did you know we have 10 times more bacteria than gene cells in our body? Here are some more fascinating facts:

  • 99% of our microbiome (the community of microbes, an ecosystem of bacteria within our bodies) is located in our digestive system.

  • The microbiome in our intestine can weigh up to 2 kg and contains about 1...

I love having few go-to dishes I cook whenever I don't have much time to cook, I don't feel creative or it's the end of the week and I want to finish up all the veggies in the fridge. My winter pot is one of those quick, simple and flexible in terms of ingredients (hence you can skip some ingredients or add some of your own).

 Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 diced onion

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup diced butternut squash

1 diced zucchini

1 big carrot, diced

2 diced t...

Do you know that feeling of ‘being in between’?

In between jobs, waiting for the children to leave home, your lease contract is about to end, it’s almost new year (so what’s the point of starting now?)…

It’s either that you don’t want to start something new because everything is about to change anyway, or that you are waiting for the ‘perfect timing’.

Waiting for the perfect timing is usually a form of procrastination. If you really take a moment to think abou...

"Words are things. I‘m convinced" said Dr. Maya Angelou.

Language is a powerful tool to help us fully understand what we already know,

or as Oprah Winfrey says - 'An aha verifier'.

This is how I felt when I first came across the word LAGOM, it was an ‘Aha Moment’, a better understanding of something I've already known.

So what is LAGOM? Lagom is a Swedish word that can be translated as 'just the right amount'/'in moderation'/'in balance'/'just right'... But mor...

That's a question I keep getting.

The answer is pretty straight forward - BOTH.

But, and there is a BUT...:

  • Not all juices & smoothies are made equal, meaning - they are not all  necessarily healthy (even if they are green).

  • There is a time and place for a smoothie and there is a time and a place for a juice

So let's break it down.

Smoothies are made from fresh fruits and vegetables. As opposed to juicing, with blending the fiber remains in tact with...
