3 Ways To Boost 'The Spice Of Life' In Your Every Day

Turmeric has been known for centuries as the spice of life for its immense amount of benefits. In fact some say it's the most powerful herb on the planet at fighting and potentially reversing disease.

These are some of its health benefits:

  • Immune system booster

  • Known for its anti inflammatory properties

  • Aids digestion

  • Excellent for a healthy skin

  • Good for muscle and joint pains

  • Helps with curing the common cold

(And these are just to name few!)

So how can you incorporate more of it in your diet (beside it being the main spice in your curry dish)?

  • Add it to your morning lukewarm lemon water

  • Add it to your oatmeal (check out my recipe here)

  • Make yourself a big cup of Golden Milk after your exercise, have it as your

afternoon snack or have it as a bedtime treat.

Golden Milk aka Turmeric Latte Recipe:


  • 1 cup of milk of your choice (plant base or organic cow milk)

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder or 1 tbsp of freshly grated turmeric root

  • 1 tsp ginger powder or 1 tbsp of grated ginger

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of *black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp of *coconut oil

  • Honey or maple syrop


  • Place all the ingredients (except the honey) in a blender

  • Blend until smooth

  • Pour into a sauce pan and bring to simmer

  • Strain and *sweeten (if desired)

* Add the honey once it cools down a bit, honey becomes toxic when heated

* Black pepper enhances the bioavailability of turmeric * Coconut oil helps with absorption
