Nutellaless Bananaless Chocolate Nicecream
Who doesn't love eating Nutella out of the jar?
If its one of your guilty pleasures your'e gonna love this recipe!
Like a lot of good things in life, I came up with this recipe by accident.
One morning, as I was halfway through making my usual chocolate smoothie bowl I reached out for the peanut butter jar and found it empty!
So I decided to get into an experimental mode and swapped my peanut butter with tahini. I was really skeptical about the result but it was surprisingly delicious! It tasted like Nutella (or at least a healthier version of Nutella).
I tried it few times in different versions till I found the perfect consistency and flavour and now I am really happy to finally share this recipe with you.
It can be your breakfast treat, snack and even dessert!
(I recommend eating it straight after making it, as the consistency changes a bit if you keep it in the fridge.)
Nutellaless Chocolate Nicecream Recipe:
1cup frozen cauliflower florets
1 medjool date
1 cup almond milk
Pinch of vanilla powder (or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 tbsp tahini
Toppings (optional)- add your favourite toppings- nuts, raspberries, coconut flakes, granola...
Place all the ingredients until smooth, poor to a bowl and add your toppings. Bona-petite!
