Antioxidant Powerhouse: Chocolate Cherry Smoothie Bowl

Isn't chocolate and cherry the best combo?

Raw cacao and cherries are both high antioxidant rich foods. Antioxidants reduce the effects of free radicals (which play a major role in disease formation) and promote and protect healthy cells, which means slower aging, healthful youthful skin, longer life spam and disease prevention.

So how do you feel about a HEALTHY breakfast that also tastes like dessert ?

Cherry Cacao Smoothie Bowl:

1/2 cup steamed than frozen cauliflower

1/2 cup frozen cherries

1 cup almond milk

2 tbsp tahini

2 tbsp raw cacao powder

1 tsp maca powder

Pinch of cinnamon

1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract

*Optional- if you like it more sweet add a date

Method:

Blend about 60 seconds and pour in a bowl.
