Purple Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

I love blueberries! These tiny gems give long life health benefits- rich in vitamins (C, K), antioxidants, fight cancer, aid weight loss, promote a young, glowing skin, boost the brain, support digestion and really the list goes on!

Blueberry Smoothie Bowl Recipe:

Ingredients-

1 cup frozen cauliflower

3/4 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup almond milk

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp cashew butter

1/2 tsp maca powder

Directions:

Place all ingredients in the blender

Blend about 60 seconds and pour in a bowl

Add your favourite toppings

Enjoy!
