Chocolate Banana Dream Breakfast
Who doesn't need a bit of comfort on a cold snowy morning?
'Comfort Food' has gotten a negative connotation these days with all the talk around emotional eating.
I am definitely a big believer in conscious eating and not 'eating your emotions', but what if we look at comfort food as a conscious act of self care? If it comes from a place of eating intuitively, with intention, listening to what your body wants...
Also, just to make things clear - COMFORT FOOD ≠ UNHEALTHY FOOD
Just like this perfect comforting bowl of chocolate - banana porridge!
