Easy Simple Homemade Chocolate Recipe
I have a special guest on my blog today! My friend and owner of Yoga Soul - Amera Stanforth. I've been going to Amera's monthly Yin Yoga workshops which are always such a nourishing and relaxing treat, specially as she offers these amazing homemade chocolates at the end of the workshop. Anyway, I've asked Amera if she'd like to share the recipe with you and she said yes!
So here's Amera:
As I’ve got older my love of good quality, dark chocolate has grown. Maybe it’s my taste buds maturing?! So I decided to experiment with making my own chocolates. Taking inspiration from various online recipes and through a lot of experimenting (and some failed attempts!) I feel like I’ve finally perfected their taste. Not only are they delicious but has many health benefits too! They are a great source of antioxidants and essential minerals.
I now offer them to my students after my Yin Yoga workshops as a way to awaken the senses. They are perfect compliment and a little bit of luxury after these workshops. People always feel like they are getting an extra treat and I often get asked for the recipe. So let’s spread the chocolate love... enjoy!
