Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. Who is responsible for your information

Naama Zusman, trading as Naama Zusman, is responsible for the personal information used to run this website, coaching services, workshops, digital resources, and the Crossroads membership.

Contact: info@naamazusman.com

This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, who can see it, and your choices. Platforms such as Wix, Skool, Zoom, and Kit also have their own privacy notices for the information they process independently.

2. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, contact details, account or profile information, and messages when you enquire, subscribe, book, buy, or join a programme.

We receive purchase and subscription information needed to administer your access, such as your chosen plan, payment status, purchase date, and cancellation history. Payment providers process payment-card details under their own notices; this policy does not suggest that Naama receives your full card number.

Coaching and membership information can include your career background, goals, questionnaire responses, exercises you choose to share, feedback, and community contributions. Information may come directly from you or from the platform through which you book, pay, or participate.

When sessions are recorded, recordings may contain your name, image, voice, chat messages, and contributions. Website and email providers may also collect technical information, such as device details, IP address, cookie information, and engagement with pages or emails, depending on the tools and settings used.

3. Why we use information

We use information to answer enquiries, provide purchased services and resources, manage bookings and membership access, send service updates, support your coaching journey, and administer payments and accounts. Where necessary for a service you request, the lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract or performing our contract with you.

We use necessary records to meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations. We may also use information to protect accounts, moderate the community, investigate complaints, and establish or defend legal claims. Where legitimate interests apply, those interests are running a secure, fair service and resolving disputes, balanced against your rights.

Optional email marketing and non-essential tracking use consent where required. You can withdraw that consent. Providing contact and purchase information is necessary for some services; if you do not provide it, we may be unable to process your booking or give you access. Sharing personal stories or posting publicly within the membership is optional.

4. Sensitive information

Crossroads is coaching and educational support, not therapy or medical care. Please avoid submitting unnecessary health information or other sensitive personal information in questionnaires, community posts, or recorded calls. Do not share private information about someone else without permission.

If sensitive information is genuinely necessary for a specific activity, we will explain its purpose and obtain explicit consent or identify another applicable legal condition before using it. Choosing to share a sensitive story is not treated as blanket consent to every future use.

5. Community and session recordings

Your profile and contributions within Crossroads can be visible to other members according to Skool's settings. Members are asked to respect confidentiality, but we cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information private.

Recorded teaching and coaching sessions are shared with authorised members for learning and catch-up. We tell you when a session is recorded. You can leave your camera off and choose not to speak or share personal information. Contact us before a session to discuss another way to participate if you are concerned about being included.

We seek separate permission before using identifiable member contributions in public marketing or testimonials. Please contact info@naamazusman.com about a recording that contains information you are concerned about; we will consider the request and the rights of everyone involved.

6. Who receives information

We use Wix for the website and relevant website services, Skool for Crossroads accounts, membership and community delivery, Zoom for live sessions, and Kit for email communications. Questionnaire, document-storage, email, and payment providers may process information needed for their respective services.

Information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorised support providers where needed, and with authorities where legally required. Access should be limited to the information needed for the task. Other members see only information shared through community features or member recordings, not your private questionnaire responses merely because they are members.

7. International processing

Some providers may process information outside the UK or European Economic Area. Transfers must meet applicable data-protection requirements, for example through a recognised adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. You can contact us to ask about applicable safeguards and obtain information about them.

8. How long information is kept

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of legal obligations, service delivery, and necessary dispute records.

Purchase and accounting records are kept for the applicable legal recordkeeping period. Enquiries are retained while being dealt with and for any necessary follow-up. Coaching notes and questionnaire responses are retained while needed to provide support and then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, unless a legal reason requires longer retention.

Recordings are retained while they remain relevant membership resources. We review their continued need and the personal information included, rather than retaining every recording indefinitely. Community contributions remain subject to the membership's operation and Skool's deletion controls. Contact us about removal of your personal information after leaving.

Email subscription details are retained while you subscribe. After you unsubscribe, a limited suppression record may be kept so we can honour your preference. Backup copies may persist until the relevant backup cycle expires. A legal claim or obligation can require some records to be kept longer.

9. Emails and cookies

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email or by contacting us. Membership and purchase administration messages may still be necessary to deliver a service you have purchased.

Essential cookies support website functions and security. Any non-essential analytics, advertising, or similar tracking must follow the applicable consent requirements. [Confirm the site's actual cookies, tracking tools, consent banner and preference controls before publishing; link to a cookie notice or settings if used.]

10. Your rights and complaints

Depending on the law and circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of use, or a portable copy of your personal information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can object to direct marketing at any time and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Email info@naamazusman.com to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We will respond within the applicable legal deadline and explain any lawful limits on the request.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/, the French CNIL at https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes, or the relevant data-protection authority where you live or work. You do not have to contact us first, although we welcome the opportunity to address concerns.

11. Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information involved, including limiting access. No online system is completely secure; avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through community features or ordinary email.

We may update this policy as services or practices change. The updated date appears above. Where required, we will tell you about material changes and seek fresh consent for a new use that requires it.
