CROSSROADS.
From crossroads to new chapters.

A guided membership for people who have built a career that no longer feels right, but don’t yet know what they want instead – or how to make a change without risking the stability they’ve worked hard to build.

Understand what you want, explore real possibilities and test your ideas before making a life-changing decision.

Enrolment closes on 11 October. The founding journey begins on 19 October.

You know you can’t keep doing this. But walking away feels too risky.

You’ve worked hard to build your career. It may pay well, offer security or look successful from the outside, but something about it no longer feels right.

Perhaps the work drains you. You’ve outgrown it. Or you’ve become so disconnected from yourself that you’re no longer sure what you want, only that it isn’t this.

And so you find yourself caught in a vicious cycle:

Your work takes up so much of your energy that you have very little left to figure out what comes next. But because you don’t know what comes next, you stay where you are. The longer you stay, the more stuck and depleted you feel.

Part of you wants to make a change. Another part reminds you of the salary, the mortgage, your family, your responsibilities and all the years you’ve invested in getting here.

You don’t want to make a reckless leap.

But you also don’t want to wake up a few years from now and realise that nothing has changed.

The problem isn’t that you haven’t thought about it enough. It’s that you don’t yet have a clear process for understanding what you want, exploring what else might be possible and building a safer bridge towards it.

That’s where Crossroads begins.

“One year ago, I logged into my first session with Naama feeling completely overwhelmed, stuck in analysis paralysis, and in a financially comfortable but deeply unsatisfying career. I’m now building my own business, debt-free.” —M.B.

You don’t have to choose between staying stuck and making a reckless leap.

There is another way to approach career change:

One that allows you to explore what comes next without immediately giving up the stability you already have.
You don’t need to quit your job tomorrow.

You don’t need to have your next career perfectly mapped out. And you don’t need to wait until you feel completely certain before taking your first step.

Instead, you can begin by reconnecting with yourself and understanding what you genuinely want from this next chapter. You can explore different possibilities without immediately committing to one. And you can test your ideas through small, practical experiments before making a life-changing decision.

Because clarity doesn’t come from thinking alone.
It comes from self-awareness, exploration and real-world experience.

Crossroads gives you a way to move through that process – one grounded step at a time.

The three stages of a successful career change

Career change isn’t one big decision. It’s a process.

Most people get stuck because they try to begin at the end.

They jump straight into searching job boards before understanding what they actually want. They choose a new direction based only on what they already know. Or they spend months reflecting and researching without ever testing their ideas in the real world.

The Crossroads Method guides you through three distinct stages in the order you need them.

Stage 1: Your Inner Compass – understand what really matters to you

Before looking outwards, we begin by looking inwards. You’ll reconnect with who you are now, what matters most to you and what you want this next chapter of your life and career to feel like.
You’ll explore your values, intuition, vision and decision-making patterns – and learn to recognise the difference between the voice guiding you forward and the fear trying to keep you safe.
This becomes your compass for everything that follows.

Stage 2: Your Career Blueprint – map your strengths, skills and ideal way of working

Next, you’ll translate what you’ve learned about yourself into a practical blueprint for your next chapter. You’ll identify your strengths, skills and Zone of Genius, and explore what motivates you, what you need from your work, your non-negotiables and your ideal work/life rhythm. You’ll bring these pieces together to create a clear set of criteria for work that could genuinely fit you – and begin generating possible career directions worth exploring.

Stage 3: Try Before You Leap – test your ideas before committing to one

Finally, you’ll take your ideas out of your head and begin testing them in the real world. Through small experiments, coffee chats, transition projects and practical research, you’ll gather evidence about what genuinely interests you, what fits and what doesn’t. Rather than staking everything on an untested idea, you’ll build confidence through experience – and begin creating a realistic bridge from where you are now to where you want to go.

You don’t need to know your answer before you join Crossroads. Not knowing is where the process begins.

You don’t have to figure out what comes next alone.

Crossroads combines a clear pathway with the flexibility to follow it alongside your work, family and other responsibilities. It isn’t designed to be raced through or completed perfectly. You’ll have time to reflect, explore and experiment, with guidance available along the way. Inside Crossroads, you’ll receive:

Live group coaching twice a month

A regular space to bring your questions, untangle what’s keeping you stuck and receive personalised support as your thinking and possibilities evolve.
The calls will take place at alternating times to make them accessible across different time zones.

A community of people navigating similar questions

Career change can feel incredibly isolating, especially when the people around you don’t understand why you would question a career you worked so hard to build. Inside Crossroads, you’ll be surrounded by people who understand you.

A guided journey through the Crossroads Method

A clear pathway through Your Inner Compass, Your Career Blueprint and Try Before You Leap, so you always know what to focus on next.

Member coffee chats and an expanding network

Dedicated opportunities to meet other members, learn from their experiences and build genuine connections across different fields and locations – opening you to new ideas and opportunities.

Video trainings, practical exercises and workbooks

Step-by-step resources to help you clarify your values and vision, identify your strengths, skills and Zone of Genius, explore possible directions and design real-world experiments.

Guest workshops with complementary experts

From time to time, I’ll invite guest experts to share complementary insights and tools that can support you through different aspects of your career-change journey.

You won’t be handed a formula or told exactly what job you should do next. You’ll be supported to discover and build an answer that genuinely fits you.

Crossroads is for you if…

You’ve built a career that no longer feels right, but you don’t know what you want instead

You feel stuck, restless, burned out or disconnected from the work you once chose

You want to make a change without putting your financial stability at unnecessary risk

You have several ideas but struggle to decide which direction to pursue

You want work that feels more meaningful, values-aligned and suited to the life you want to live

You’re considering a career change, business, portfolio career or side project – even if you haven’t decided which

You’re willing to reflect, explore and take small steps in the real world rather than waiting for complete certainty

You don’t need to arrive with an idea, a plan or an abundance of confidence. You only need to know that something needs to change – and be willing to begin exploring what that change could look like.

Crossroads may not be the right fit if…

You want someone to tell you exactly which job or career to choose

You’re looking for an immediate answer or a guaranteed outcome

You only want tactical support with your CV, job applications or interview preparation

You already know exactly what you want and only need help securing your next role

You’re not currently willing or able to make space for reflection, exploration or small real-world experiments

Crossroads won’t hand you one perfect answer. It will help you develop the clarity, confidence and resourcefulness to navigate this career change, and the ones that may come after it.

Why I created Crossroads

Hi, I’m Naama – a life and career coach who has spent nearly a decade helping people navigate the uncertainty of changing direction.

I understand career crossroads because my own path has been anything but linear. I studied Fine Art, became a yoga teacher, trained as a health coach and eventually found my way into life and career coaching. Each transition required me to question who I was, let go of an identity I had outgrown and step towards something new before I could be certain where it would lead.

A professional woman standing in a library

Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of people through coaching, workshops and programmes as they’ve questioned their work and explored what might come next.

I’ve seen that most people at a career crossroads don’t need another personality test, list of suitable jobs or piece of advice telling them to “follow their passion.”

They need space to hear themselves think, a way to separate fear from intuition and opportunities to test new possibilities before taking a significant risk.

Because career clarity rarely arrives through one workshop, conversation or sudden breakthrough. It unfolds over time as you reflect, experiment, gather evidence and begin trusting yourself again.

I created Crossroads to offer that ongoing space – and to make the frameworks and tools I use with my coaching clients available within one clear, supported process.

You don’t have to rush towards an answer.
But you also don’t have to remain where you are simply because you can’t see the whole path yet.

“I had just returned to work after becoming a first-time mum and was navigating what I wanted career-wise in this new phase of my life. I thought the coaching was going to be about understanding my ‘dream career’, but it ended up being about so much more. Six months later, Naama has helped me craft a life plan and, for the first time, I know exactly what I want and what steps I need to take to get there.” — A.T.

“I’d fallen into a good-on-paper position, but always suspected it wasn’t where I was supposed to be. I was deeply frustrated and unfulfilled and had no idea what my next move should be. I was in complete career paralysis. Eight months after our first discovery call, I’m self-employed, my passion is my full-time career, and I feel more fulfilled and excited about my life and work than I thought possible.” — C.G.

“I was lost; committed to a career that I was great at, and yet there was something missing. Thanks to Naama’s skill, support, patience and expertise, I have made a huge pivot in my career. I feel lighter, brave and connected with myself. I have the tools I need to make decisions, self-awareness to face the ups and downs, and a feeling of freedom and possibility.” — H.P.

“When I started my coaching programme with Naama, I was desperate for change in my working life. Logic was telling me I should be grateful for my ‘good-on-paper’ job, but I just knew there was more within me to give. I am now taking my first steps towards building my own business. I have also made changes to my day job, which is now more aligned with my personal values.” — H.B.

Join me at the very beginning.

This is the first time I’m bringing these ideas, frameworks and tools together in one guided membership – and I don’t want to build it in a vacuum. I’m inviting an initial group of founding members to move through the journey together and help shape what Crossroads becomes.

As a founding member, you’ll…

Experience the core Crossroads workshops live as I teach them for the first time inside the membership

Move through the journey alongside other members beginning at the same point

Have regular opportunities to share what’s helping, what’s missing and what you need more support with

Help shape the future workshops, resources and community experience

Receive a reduced founding-member price, locked in for as long as you remain a member

Your role is simply to take part and, when you feel able, share your honest experience along the way. In return, you’ll help me create a genuinely useful and thoughtful home for people navigating a career crossroads.

Founding-member pricing

As a thank you for joining Crossroads at its earliest stage, founding members will receive a reduced price that remains locked in for as long as their membership stays active.

The price will increase as the founding group grows:

The first 10 founding members

or $670 per year

Founding members 11–30

$87 per month
or $870 per year

From the 31st founding member onwards

or $970 per year

All prices are in USD.

The annual option gives you 12 months of membership for the equivalent of 10 monthly payments. Every option includes the same access to the Crossroads journey, coaching, community and resources.

Whichever price is available when you join will remain yours for as long as you stay an active member. Monthly membership can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel and decide to return later, you’ll rejoin at the price available at that time.

Founding-member enrolment opens to the waitlist on 5 October and publicly on 6 October.

Enrolment closes on 11 October, and our journey begins together on 19 October.

You might be wondering…

You don’t need to see the whole path to take the next step.

You may not know what job you want next, whether you want to build something of your own or what your new chapter will look like. You may only know that the way things are now no longer feels sustainable. That is enough.

Crossroads will help you reconnect with what matters, explore what else might be possible and build a safer bridge towards it—not through one dramatic leap, but through a series of grounded, intentional steps.

If you’re ready to stop carrying the question alone, I’d love to welcome you as a founding member.
