Crossroads Membership Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. About Crossroads

Crossroads is a career transition membership provided by Naama Zusman, trading as Naama Zusman (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Your coach is Naama Zusman.

Contact: info@naamazusman.com

These terms describe the Crossroads membership, our responsibilities, and what we ask of members. Please read them before joining and keep a copy for your records.

Crossroads is hosted on Skool. Your use of Skool and payments through it are also governed by Skool’s own terms, including its Transaction Terms. These terms do not override Skool’s applicable terms or your statutory consumer rights.

2. What your membership includes

Crossroads combines self-discovery, career exploration, real-world experimentation, group coaching, and community support.

Your membership includes:

• A guided curriculum: Your Inner Compass, Your Career Blueprint, and Try Before You Leap, including building a practical bridge into your next chapter.
• Approximately two live group coaching calls per month.
• Access to the private Crossroads community.
• Membership resources, exercises, and available session recordings.
• Additional workshops and community activities as announced.

The suggested journey is approximately 30 days for Your Inner Compass, 60 days for Your Career Blueprint, and 90 days for Try Before You Leap. These are suggested timeframes, not deadlines or guarantees of a particular outcome. Content is released progressively; not all material is available immediately upon joining.

After the core journey, active members can continue receiving coaching, community support, and access to membership resources as they implement their plans and navigate their next chapter.

Membership does not include private one-to-one coaching or unlimited individual support unless expressly included in your offer.

Onboarding arrangements, journey start dates, and any cohort-specific workshops are described in the offer provided before purchase and in your membership calendar.

3. Joining and access

Membership is for adults aged 18 or over. Each membership is for one person and cannot be shared or transferred.

You need a Skool account, a suitable device, and an internet connection. Live sessions may use Zoom or another platform identified in advance. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

Access continues while your subscription is active and paid, including the remainder of a paid period after ordinary cancellation. Membership is not a lifetime purchase.

4. Prices, billing, and renewal

The applicable price and billing frequency are shown before you pay. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Your bank or card provider may charge currency conversion or other fees.

Monthly membership is paid in advance and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Annual membership is paid in advance for 12 months and renews automatically each year until cancelled. Annual membership is a yearly subscription, not a monthly instalment plan.

Your renewal date is based on your subscription purchase date, as shown in Skool, rather than the date the guided journey begins.

If you join under an offer that expressly includes a locked membership rate, that rate remains locked while you maintain an uninterrupted active subscription on the qualifying plan, subject to the offer conditions provided before purchase. If you cancel and later rejoin, the rate available at that time applies unless a new offer states otherwise. Before switching billing plans, contact us to confirm the price and whether your rate protection will continue.

Any price change for members without a locked rate will be communicated before it takes effect, with an opportunity to cancel before paying the new price. We will follow any additional notice requirements that apply by law.

If payment fails, Skool may restrict access or end the subscription under its rules. Contact us promptly if a payment problem affects your access or a locked membership rate.

5. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel future renewals at any time through the Memberships section of your Skool account settings. You can also contact us at info@naamazusman.com or contact Skool support at help@skool.com.

Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not ordinarily end access immediately. You retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless a refund or earlier termination is required by law or provided under these terms.

After access ends, you will no longer have access to the community, live calls, or the online curriculum and recordings. Save your own reflections and work before leaving.

Not attending calls or using the resources does not automatically cancel your subscription.

6. Refunds and consumer cancellation rights

We do not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee or cooling-off refund, including during the first 14 days of membership. Except where required by applicable law or expressly provided elsewhere in these terms, monthly and annual membership payments are non-refundable.

This applies to initial payments and renewals, unused portions of a paid period, missed sessions, non-use of resources, and a change of mind. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals; it does not entitle you to a refund of payments already made. You retain access until the end of your paid period.

This policy does not limit any statutory withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights. To exercise a legal withdrawal right or request a refund you believe is legally due, email info@naamazusman.com with your name, the email used to join, your purchase date, and your request.

Consumers may have a legal right to withdraw from an online contract within 14 days of entering into it. We do not treat simply joining, logging in, or accessing the community as a blanket waiver of your statutory rights. Where the law requires an express request before services begin during a withdrawal period, we will obtain it separately.

You may use the following withdrawal form, but you do not have to:

7. Live sessions and recordings

Session dates, times, and joining details are shared in the membership calendar. Times may vary to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You are responsible for checking the time in your location.

Teaching and group coaching sessions are normally recorded for members who cannot attend live. We will tell you when recording is taking place. Recordings may include participants’ names, voices, images, chat contributions, and personal stories.

You can keep your camera off and choose not to speak or share personal information during a recorded session. Contact us before a session if you want to discuss how to participate without appearing in its recording.

Recordings are intended for authorised members. We will seek separate permission before using identifiable member contributions in public marketing or testimonials.

Occasionally, a session may need to be rescheduled because of illness, technical difficulties, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will notify members and arrange a replacement where reasonably possible. If a recording fails, we will provide a reasonable alternative where possible.

8. Community conduct and confidentiality

Crossroads is a space for thoughtful, respectful support. Members agree to:

• Treat others respectfully, including when experiences or opinions differ.
• Keep other members’ personal stories, identities, and contributions confidential outside the membership.
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, unsolicited selling, spam, and unwanted private messages.
• Avoid taking or sharing screenshots, recordings, or copies of other members’ contributions without permission.
• Respect other members’ boundaries and offer advice only when invited.

We ask everyone to honour confidentiality, but cannot guarantee what another member may do. Please use your judgement when sharing sensitive information.

Confidentiality does not prevent anyone from obtaining professional advice, reporting unlawful conduct or safety concerns, or complying with a legal obligation.

We may remove inappropriate content, issue warnings, or restrict participation where necessary. Serious or repeated breaches may result in removal from the membership, subject to Skool’s rules and applicable law. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the concern and give you an opportunity to respond. Any refund entitlement will be assessed under these terms and applicable law; removal does not automatically remove your statutory rights.

9. Materials and member contributions

Crossroads teaching materials, videos, workbooks, exercises, and resources belong to us or their respective rights holders. Membership gives you personal access in accordance with Skool’s content licence and any permissions expressly stated on individual resources.

You may not share your access, redistribute or sell the materials, publish recordings, or use the materials to deliver your own paid programme without written permission. Where a resource is expressly provided for download, follow the usage permissions stated with it.

You retain ownership of your own original contributions. Sharing something in the community does not give us permission to use it in marketing. Session contributions may appear in member recordings as described above.

10. Coaching and your decisions

Crossroads provides coaching and educational support for career and life transitions. It does not provide therapy, medical care, recruitment services, or personalised legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.

Financial runway and bridge-building resources are educational. Seek qualified advice where your circumstances require it.

We will provide the membership with reasonable care and skill. Your experience and progress depend on your circumstances, participation, and the opportunities available to you. We do not guarantee a particular career decision, job, income, business result, or timeline.

You remain responsible for your decisions and actions, including decisions about employment, finances, and business. This does not exclude our responsibility for failing to meet our legal obligations.

11. Changes, interruptions, and closure

We may improve resources, adjust the order of content, or change session formats while preserving the core membership described at purchase. We will communicate material changes in advance where reasonably possible.

If we make a material change that significantly reduces what you purchased, or permanently close the membership before your paid period ends, contact us about an appropriate remedy. Where we cannot provide the remaining paid service, we will arrange a proportionate refund for that undelivered period, without limiting any additional legal rights.

Temporary third-party platform interruptions may occur. We will take reasonable steps to restore delivery or provide an alternative where practical.

Changes to these terms will not retrospectively remove rights you already have or override a locked founding rate. We will provide notice of material changes and any cancellation rights required by law.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at www.naamazusman.com/privacy-policy explains how we use personal information, questionnaires, community contributions, and session recordings, including retention and your rights.

Skool, Zoom, and other platforms used to deliver the membership process information under their own privacy policies. Read those policies before using their services.

Membership administration messages are separate from optional marketing communications. Your marketing preferences are managed as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Responsibility and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes your statutory rights concerning services or digital content.

We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of these terms where those losses were reasonably foreseeable. We do not guarantee third-party opportunities or outcomes, but remain responsible for our own legal obligations.

14. Questions, complaints, and your legal rights

Please contact info@naamazusman.com with questions or complaints. Include the email address used to join and a description of the issue so we can investigate and respond.

We will consider your complaint fairly and seek to resolve it with you. If we cannot resolve the matter directly, you remain free to seek independent advice and use any complaint, dispute-resolution, or court procedure available to you under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer protections that apply to you, including any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising your legal rights.
