At the beginning of 2009 I thought I had it all figured out.

Life almost seemed perfect (definitely on the outside). I was living in the center of Tel Aviv, 20- minute walk from the beach, 5-minute walk from the park and a 15-minute bike ride from the college where I was about to begin my studies. I had a good paying job that allowed me plenty of flexibility to create my own schedule. I was dating a tattooed filmmaker.

Sounds good, right? So good that fo...

I used to think that everyone's inner critic is completely unique, but after working with so many people (+ watching my own inner critic), what I’ve found is that our inner critic is a little bit personal and a lot more universal.

It’s universal in the sense that we all have an inner critic. There is no biographical cause for our inner critic, it’s 100% part of our human experience.

It's person...

A couple of weeks ago I had an insight around shifting from surviving to thriving during one of my morning journaling sessions.

I realized that since our (possible) coronavirus episode and the challenging time we went through, I haven’t completely turned off survival mode. I was still in that energy of juggling a million things together, trying to get everything done.

I often talk with clients about the importance of allowing recovery time after meeting...

Last week I shared a special invite to join me for my 10-week group program, Finally ME! Psst... If you missed the invite, no worries! You can view it here.

Since last week's email, I've received so many great questions about the group coaching experience.

I remember a teacher once said, 'if you're willing to ask the question, there are at least 5 other students in the class who want to know the answer, too.' So, while I've answered every email question perso...

May 18, 2020

The past few months have been the strangest of times, haven’t they? I don’t think any of us could have anticipated we would find ourselves where we are right now. 2020 will certainly be a year etched in history and embedded in each of our individual life stories.

While it has been a difficult time for so many people and the challenges ahead are still somewhat unknown, I feel hopeful that the world will be a better place.

Just when it all started, as I was...

May 4, 2020

I’m sitting in my garden office (which I’m so grateful for, especially during these days) with my cup of tea, listening to the rain. It’s been a productive morning with back to back client sessions and I’m feeling inspired to share with you my working-from-home tips. After all, I’ve been doing it for quite a while now… it’s a well-known territory for me.

I know that some of you find working from home challenging. Some of you shared with me that you feel d...

This is my favourite part of the morning, sitting in my garden with my second (ok, third) coffee of the day. Maya and Gil are both napping and I’ve decided to use this time for some fresh air and fresh thinking. The birds are twittering, I’m soaking up that first morning sun and it feels cozy writing to you now.

I don’t know about you, but these days, since pandemic started (and even more so since Gil got sick) I’ve been really focusing on what’s thriving...

April 20, 2020

Over here life is back to “normal” – Gil is fully recovered and we are all well and healthy. Now that I have more help and support (taking care of Maya + home chores) and that we’re all getting used to this new reality, I am allowing myself to have more space for stillness, for being present, for going inward.

The plan is not to take a break (I still have obligations – work + family life, which I’m grateful for!) The plan is to really pay attention to the...

I'm keeping this week's email short and sweet so you have plenty of time to do this fear journaling exercise.

If you’ve been reading my recent emails you’ve heard me talking about how important it is to acknowledge our fears. So, today I’m sharing with you a journaling exercise to help you to keep your fears in-check + ease anxiety you might be experiencing around them.

Once you’ve finished writing I highly recommend doing a medi...

How are you doing? How are you coping?

How are you feeling about social distancing? Are you relieved to have some time off of work / work from home or do you miss the routine? Are you dreading spending more time with your kids? (it doesn’t make you a bad parent if you do!!) Are there any previous responsibilities you’re happy you’re released from?

I want you to know that whatever comes up for you as you’re reading these questions or thinking about what’s...
