You’ve tried countless ways to fill up this emptiness inside of you - going on diets, trying all the exercise trends, working around the clock, getting a new tattoo, changing your wardrobe… all to find yourself stuffing your face with cookies or finishing a whole bottle of wine. And still, you feel empty.
You are waiting for that magical solution so you can finally start living your life.
You want to get a plan, instructions or rules to follow so you can just be done with it once and for all.
You believe that fixing your body, finding a partner, buying a house, earning more money or getting the job, can get you your desired life.
It cannot do that.
It’s a physical thing.
Nothing you can touch, have, achieve or buy is going to fix that thing in you, which you’re turning to food, alcohol, sex, overworking, shopping, extreme exercise, etc. to fix.
I get you! I know it because I’ve been there too...
After almost a decade of a disordered relationship with food and then almost a decade of healing from it, I have discovered - IT WAS NEVER ABOUT FOOD, IT WAS NEVER ABOUT MY BODY. It was always about a total disconnect. Healing my relationship with food and my body was about healing my relationship with myself.
Through my own journey and working with clients I’ve discovered that the biggest work we have to do to live the life we truly desire is to start closing the gap. The gap between how you show up today and who you truly are. The gap that creates destructive habits and compulsive behaviours as an attempt to numb the lingering feeling of not being who you are.
The gap that expands every time you follow shoulds, rules and expectations.
The gap that expands every time you hold on to old stories and limiting beliefs.
The gap that expands every time you let your fears, self doubt and inner critic block you from moving forward.

Hi, I'm Naama!
I am a health coach and a yoga teacher.
I love coffee, red wine and chocolate.
I also love green smoothies and yoga.
And I believe they can all coexist together!
It wasn’t always this way…
Almost a decade ago I lived my life very differently.
I was stuck in the all-or-nothing, black-or-white,
I equated my worth with how many calories I burned,
how many km I ran and how many kilos I lost.
I was obsessed with being thin, believing that that’s my key to happiness.
Every choice I made (big or small) was based on my need to be loved.
I was chasing happiness in all the wrong places.
My compulsive behaviour around food, obsession around my body, preoccupation around other people’s opinions and a very strong judgmental critical inner voice meant I was never fully present with myself or with others.
It meant I was mentally and emotionally drained, and disconnected from my true cravings and desires.
My tipping point happened when I started developing self awareness through the practice of yoga, meditation and journaling. Step by step I started shedding my inner critic, facing and confronting my fears, and breaking down my old stories and limiting beliefs - opening up a space for me to truly discover and connect with myself.
I shifted from trying to ‘fix’ myself, to connecting to myself.
I swapped self judgment with self connection and learned how to show up for myself rather than checking out by numbing myself with food.
I learned to embrace myself fully and understand that I don’t need to create myself, I need to meet myself.
While I can't turn back time and share what I've learned with my younger self, I found myself on a mission to share these lessons with you!
Through coaching hundreds of amazing women, I’ve seen how so many women have struggles around not knowing, trusting and honouring themselves. I have seen how it holds women back from passion, purpose, true connection, and joy. I have also seen how, through support and guidance, things can change.

Week 1: May 17th - Letting go of shoulds & external rules around food
A week designed to help you identify all the unhealthy ways you have been using food in your life.
You will learn to let go of your shoulds and rules that keep you stuck in the all or nothing thinking,
so you can start to develop a trusting relationship with your body and a nourishing relationship with food.
Week 2: May 24th - Listening and honouring your body’s signals & cravings
A week all about reconnecting, teaming up and developing deep trust with your body so you can start honouring your body’s wisdom and signals. You will learn about making intuitive eating choices, recognizing hunger & fulness signals and so much more! You'll get to explore your preferences and what works for your body physically, emotionally and mentally.

Week 3: May 31st - Breaking down old stories & limiting beliefs
A week all about understanding your mind and how it works so you can manage it better in all areas of your life. You will be working on identifying old stories, fears and limiting beliefs, understand how they have formed, the ways they hold you back and how to let them go while creating new more positive and empowering beliefs.
Week 4: June 7th - Living an empowered life
A week dedicated to cultivating an empowered mindset and developing self awareness. This is the week you start reclaiming your power back. You’ll shift from blaming to taking responsibility, from being a victim to becoming an owner, from worrying to trusting, from self-judgment to self-compassion, from perfect to progress and so much more!

A WEEK TO CATCH UP
June 14th - A week for you to catch up
A bonus week for you to catch up and take a breath! No new content this week, an opportunity to review, reflect and enjoy little pop-up challenges (totally optional!). This program is designed for YOU and I wanted to make sure you don't feel rushed! A gentle reminder to let go of perfectionism and come back to presence - you can only do the best you can!

Week 7: July 5th - Embracing it all
A week dedicated to eliminating energy drainers from your life so you can fully embrace yourself. Being focused on perfection, constantly comparing yourself to others, people pleasing and being occupied with other people opinions drain your vital energy force, you end up feeling drained, depleted and exhausted. We'll work on quieting those mean voices in your head so you can live life with more ease & joy - food, body & beyond.
Week 8: July 12th - You are the creator
Such a fun week to wrap up your journey - a week to put all the pieces of the puzzle together and create!
You'll get to craft your life based on all the tools and practices you've collected throughout the past few weeks. A week to celebrate your growth and use this high vibration momentum to set intentions and invite to your life even more!
